Lumina set out to give crypto traders an edge without burying them in dashboards. The product reads markets around the clock, scores opportunities and surfaces them as plain-language signals. The hard part was earning trust in a space where every tool promises alpha and most deliver noise.
The challenge
Crypto traders already drown in data: prices, on-chain activity, sentiment and news, all moving every second. Another dense dashboard would just add to the noise. Lumina needed to feel like a calm, credible analyst, surfacing what matters right now and explaining why, without hiding the AI behind a black box or burying the numbers traders still want to check for themselves.
The solution
We built the interface around signals, not charts. The dashboard leads with the four things a trader checks first: portfolio value, daily P&L, AI confidence and active signals, each readable in a second. The AI Insights view ranks opportunities like a Bitcoin bullish breakout or a regulatory risk with a strength score and a clear reason, so every call is explainable rather than magic. A dark, high-contrast system keeps long sessions easy on the eyes, and sentiment, top movers and execution sit a glance apart, so reading the market and acting on it never means switching tools.
The results
Traders started treating Lumina as a co-pilot they could question, not a tip bot they had to trust blindly. Because every signal came with a reason and a confidence score, people acted on the strong ones and ignored the rest without second-guessing.
