Squire
AI Hiring Intelligence
Squire records and transcribes interviews, then layers AI scoring on top to turn raw calls into decision-ready insight. The hard part was never the model. It was serving two very different users from the same data.

The challenge
Recruiters and hiring managers need different things from the same interview data. Recruiters live in pipelines and detail; hiring managers want a fast, confident decision. Forcing both into one interface risked serving neither well.
The solution
We designed two distinct experiences on a shared data layer. Recruiters got a dense, action-oriented workspace for managing pipelines, reviewing transcripts and flagging standouts. Hiring managers got a streamlined comparison view that surfaces scores, key moments and candidate strengths without the process noise. Every shared element, from the scoring logic to the interview detail page, was tuned to feel native to whichever role was looking at it.

The results
Hiring teams moved through candidates noticeably faster. Managers stopped waiting on recruiter summaries and started making calls directly in the platform, while recruiters spent less time translating data and more time sourcing. Squire went from a recording tool with AI bolted on to a decision engine both sides actually want to open.
